Address: Kutuzova str., 71
Date of construction: 1912
The mansion inherited from the time of Tsarist Russia was built before the start of World War I on former Dunayskaya Str.
It can be assumed that there was a private household of a wealthy city dweller – a large number of wrought iron grates, many auxiliary outbuildings in the courtyard besides the main estate suggests this. In particular, the fence of the courtyard is decorated with an elegant wrought-iron grate, which is attached to solid plastered brick pillars.
The mansion is built of solid red brick, there are red tiles on the roof. Particular attention is paid to the decoration of the building facades: a large number of decorative elements, a proud pediment above the front door. The architectural style of the main building can be characterized in one word – “classicism”.
Today this ancient building houses a communal pre-school educational institution of a combined type of nursery garden #27 “Snezhinka”. The second building of this kindergarten is also located in an old building – on Kholostyakova Str., 29.
