Period of construction: Romanian period
Trying to wake yourself in the morning with a cup of coffee in a coffee house located in this building you probably don’t realize that it was a mansion of the Romanian period. The reason for this was modern building materials that deprived the building of its true face and only some architectural features remind the time in which it was built.
In the Romanian period this building housed the inn of I.V. Vlasoy, which was famous for its signature dish – mititei.
In the 60-70-s the bookstore “Subscriptions” worked here.
